Features

Six Lanes, 1m Depth
The pool features six lanes, each 1 meter deep, providing a safe space for swimming lessons, lap swimming, and aquatic exercises. The pool's design accommodates both individual swimmers and group activities.

Warm, Comfortable Temerature
The pool is maintained at a soothing 31-21 degrees Celcius, making it ideal for therapeutic activities, leisurely swims, and classes. The heated water provides a comfortable environment for everyone, especially young children and those using the pool for therapy.

Ramp Access and Mobility-Friendly Facilities
With ramp access and changing facilities designed for mobility-impaired individuals, the 25m Indoor Heated Pool is accessible and inclusive, ensuring everyone can enjoy a swim.

Water Park and Waterslide
For added fun, the pool area includes a water park and a waterslide, making it a popular choice for families and children. These features offer exciting entertainment and enhance the overall swimming experience.

After Sunday, 1 February, the waterslide will be removed as part of upcoming priority works to improve our venue. Please contact our team for confirmation and any questions.

Activities and Uses

Learn to Swim Classes
The pool is a perfect environment for learn-to-swim classes, with experienced instructors helping swimmers of all ages and skill levels build confidence and improve their swimming abilities.

Aqua Classes
Participate in a variety of aqua fitness classes, including water aerobics and gentle exercises designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health in a low-impact setting.

Warm Water Therapy
The warm temperature of the pool is ideal for therapeutic exercises and relaxation. It’s suitable for those undergoing physical rehabilitation or seeking relief from muscle tension and joint pain.

Water Walking and Lap Swimming
Engage in water walking for fitness or use the designated lanes for lap swimming. Please note that when three or fewer lanes are open, the pool may not be suitable for lap swimming.

Shared Public Space
The 25m Indoor Heated Pool is a shared public space, which can be busy at times. We recommend planning your visit accordingly to enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Pool Hours and Access

Sleeman Sports Complex, Brisbane, Queensland.

Admission
Affordable entry fees are available for individuals, families, and groups. Membership options are also available for regular swimmers and class participants.

Opening Hours
