Ready to flip, splash and fly these school holidays? Our diving clinics are all about fun, confidence and trying something new!
Open to everyone over the age of 7, these sessions are perfect whether you’re jumping off a board for the very first time or already love being in the air. Our experienced coaches create a safe and supportive environment where everyone can challenge themselves, learn cool new skills and celebrate their progress.
Sessions run from 10am – 1pm each day and start in the dedicated dryland facility with activities such as trampolines, air track, foam pit and springboard work to help build confidence, coordination and body awareness before we hit the pool where the real fun starts!
Expect plenty of laughs, games, skill-building, and lots of time on the boards. It’s the perfect way to stay active, burn off some holiday energy and make new friends along the way.
No experience needed — just bring your swimmers, a towel and a great attitude!
