🌟 Sunday Splash Session 🌟
🌟 Springboard & Platform Diving and Manu Bomb Training Session 🌟
Looking for a fun and exciting way for the whole family to try diving and/or making a splash? Whether you’re just starting out or chasing the perfect entry, these sessions are your chance to practise in a safe, supervised and structured environment.
Join us at the Brisbane Aquatic Centre for a fantastic 90 minutes of jumping, splashing, and learning in a safe environment, for just $20 each!
Who’s it for?
- Children ages 8 to 17 who are confident swimmers in deep water
- Adults interested in trying diving (separate structured program)
- Kids, teens and adults wanting to practise manu-style entries
- Anyone preparing for events or just wanting to improve their skills and/or splash
What’s happening?
- Kids can try jumping off springboards and platforms with the guidance of certified coaches
- Learn new tricks and have fun in a safe setting
- Adults can participate in a separate, more structured diving program at the same time
What to expect
- Each session is designed to give you the space and guidance to improve your technique while keeping things fun and controlled
- Learn and refine dives or proper manu technique
- Build confidence jumping from different board heights
- Get tips and guidance from experienced coaches
- Enjoy a fun, high-energy environment with others working on the same skills
How it works
- Limited spots per session to keep things safe and manageable
- Supervised board use with one-at-a-time jumps
- Clear progression—start low, build up if appropriate
Please note:
- Participants must be confident swimmers in deep water
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay nearby
- Please wear appropriate swimwear/clothing
- Our office correspondence is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
- We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. No refunds or credits will be processed after this period unless a valid medical certificate is provided.

The besk parking for this event is in Car Park 3, with accessible parking available in both Car Park 2 and Car Park 3.
