ABOUT THE EVENT
In July 2026, Brisbane Australia will host the UCI BMX Racing World Championships, welcoming the world’s top BMX athletes to the Brisbane SX International BMX Centre.
Over nine days of competition, riders from Elite, Under 23, Junior and Amateur Challenge/Masters categories will compete for world titles and international recognition.
The event promises thrilling racing, intense competition and an unforgettable experience for fans and spectators.

PRE EVENT TRAINING REQUIREMENT
- First Aid Qualifications – Hirer must provide their own first aider and kit. The designated First Aider must not be riding the track during track bookings
- CPR Qualifications
- Coaching Qualifications must be minimum development coach to operate the 8m hill
- Commissaire Qualification must be a minimum regional official to operate 8m gate. No coaching is permitted if their role is to control the operation of both the 5m and 8m gates
- Insurance. Minimum $20millionAUD with Sleeman Sports Complex listed as an interested party
- Club Insurance: Must have AusCycling Limited with Club included
- Coaching Insurance: AusCycling Limited with Commercial / Solo listed and coaches name.
- Hirer must provide AusCycling member numbers from riders who are attending the session
