The Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics End-of-Year Showcase is a performance where athletes from Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics and partner schools, like St Thomas More College, perform routines to demonstrate their strength, flexibility, and coordination developed throughout the year. This event typically occurs at the end of the competitive year, allowing participants to showcase their skills, celebrate their hard work and achievements, and allow for family and friends to see their progress.
