Session Prices
- $15 per person per session
- Diving Queensland Members - $12 per person per session
What to expect
- Each session is designed to give you the space and guidance to improve your technique while keeping things fun and controlled.
- Learn and refine proper manu technique
- Build confidence jumping from different board heights
- Get tips and guidance from experienced coaches
- Enjoy a fun, high-energy environment with others working on the same skills

- Supervised board use with one-at-a-time jumps

Why book a session?
- Most people practise manus in unstructured environments.
- These sessions give you a dedicated, safer space to improve—so you can focus on technique, confidence, and having a good time.
Please note:
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay nearby
- Please wear appropriate swimwear - no t-shirts
- Our office correspondence is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
- We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. No refunds or credits will be processed after this period unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
