The Brisbane Southside Masters are hosting their Short Course Swim Meet on Saturday 6 July at the Brisbane Aquatic Centre. All Masters swimmers are invited for a day of fitness, friendship and fun for the meet which will be followed by awar presentations and refreshments in the Aquatic Lounge.

Medals will be presented to place getters in ech age group. Individual Certificates will be sent to every Club post Swim Meet.

Diving Queensland and the Brisbane City Council have teamed up to host Springboard Diving as part of the Council's Chillout Program. "Get on Board" and learn how to leap off springboards safely with an opporunity to transition into the sport of diving. 
This is a chillout event suitable for ages 7-17 years.

The 2019 Speedo Short Course Preparation Meet has been designed to provide a quality hit-out for short course specialty swimmers competing at the 2019 McDonald’s Qld Short Course Championships, and to provide an opportunity for swimmers to qualify for those Championships.

Good News for all Bollywood music lovers, Sonu Nigam will perform in Brisbane after nine years.

Sonu Nigam is an Indian playback singer, composer, live performer, host and actor. He sings predominantly in Hindi and Kannada language films. He has also sung in English, Bengali, Manipuri, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Tulu, Assamese, Odia, Nepali, Maithili, Malayalam and various Indian languages.

The legendary Harbhajan Mann will be performing live at The grand venue “Sleeman Sports Complex” on sunday 14 July 2019.

The Rumble Dance Comp was first launched onto the dance scene in 2005. It’s now in its 15th year running and is open to primary and high schools, dance schools/studios and independent crews. 

The event has evolved into one of Brisbane’s most respected dance competitions and offers dance enthusiasts the chance to display their choreography in front of a nationally renowned guest panel of judges.

Over the years we have broadened the scope of categories to include lyrical contemporary however have stripped it back to our original foundations of Hip-Hop. 

Each year we invite an interstate judging panel consisting of some of the countries best dance talent, with previous judges including Nacho Pop, Matt Lee, Rhiannon, Ivy, (SYTYCD), Bboy Blond & many other high profile dancers/choreographers from across the country.

This year's event will be held on Saturday 7th September 2019 @ Sleeman Sport Complex - Chandler Theatre. 

With over 500 dancers set to compete and even more amazing entertainment & prizes, Rumble 2019 will be the biggest & best so far! 

The 2019 Queensland Titles hosted by ICN are taking place in the Chandler Theatre.

The 2019 BrisBricks Chandler Expo is returning to the Sleeman Sports Complex this October.

Join the fun for a weekend filled with some of the most spectacular LEGO displays you'll ever see.

The INAS Global Games are the world’s biggest sports event for athletes with an intellectual impairment.

More than 1,000 athletes from all around the globe gather every four years to compete for medals.

The sports contested are athletics, swimming, table tennis, rowing, basketball, futsal, tennis and cycling. Demonstration events are also included at every edition. These reflect the most popular sports of the host nation not already on the INAS programme.

The Global Games are also an important event in the build-up to the Paralympic Games.

Many athletes who have made their major international debut at the Global Games have gone on to win Paralympic titles.

The 2019 INAS Global Games are expected to be the best yet. The Games will be hosted by Sport Inclusion Australia  – INAS member organisation in Australia. They are working with many national and international sporting bodies.

More than 1,000 athletes are expected to travel to Brisbane just under one year ahead of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. 

Sleeman Sports Complex will host the cycling, futsal, swimming, table tennis and taekwondo.
